We worked with Jeffery Morgan SR. to get our roof replaced after a recent storm. He was kind and informative, and helped us with any questions we've had. The crew that came was actually quite impressive. They worked around us with our dogs, and made sure to move anything that could be damaged. Which was awesome, because I hadn't thought of that. They cleaned up the mess and took it with them when they left.
Feb. 2026. WPR company & staff go way beyond the normal customer service. They were here for every step of the inspection, & installation of our new roof & gutter guards for our house & carport. The crew were extremely efficient, fast & very thorough. They followed up on the final step of clean-up with expert service. This is a wonderful company.

Will my insurance cover a new roof after hail?
Often, if there is real storm damage and your policy covers it. We inspect first, show you the photos, and help with the claim if there is one. Your deductible is your cost.
How do I know if I have hail damage?
You usually cannot tell from the ground. We walk the roof for free and photograph any bruising, cracked shingles or dented vents so you can see for yourself.
Are you local, or will you be gone next month?
We are in Joplin, on East 32nd Street. We were here before the last storm and we will be here after the next one.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most houses are done in one to two days once materials are delivered, weather permitting. Larger or steeper roofs can take longer.
Do you do metal roofs?
Yes. Standing-seam and exposed-fastener metal for houses, shops and carports, plus repairs on existing metal roofs.
